For all the years, our company run our export business in the following rules, it is also our company rule:

• We will contact our clients or our customers find our plants which they are interested on internet, then we will send our plants price lists to them with catalogues by emails or by fax.
• Then our customers confirm the order according to our plants price lists throught emails, and we also welcome our customers here in China to our nursery to confirm the order, including the sea freight, Payment term, shipment closing date etc. Meanwhile, we would also like our customers to check with their agriculture department about the details about import of the plants products, such as what is the phytosanitary requirement, and ary there any additional declaration needed to be added into the phytosanitary certificate, all these information is for the goodness of both our side and the customers¡¯ side, everything must be prepared before ahead.
• After all details are confirmed by our customers, our customers have to pay 50% in advance according to the proforma invoice. (our payment term: 50% prepay+50% at sight of the scaned/fax copies of all the original documents, after all is cleared, we will send the original documents by DHL).
• We start prepare and packing the plants and booking vessel, after the packing the plants, we apply to our Chinese phytosanitary inspector so that they will check the plants if they are free from insects or virus,after the plants fit for the requirement, we will load the containers, we suggest if time permit, we welcome our customers to check the loading container, usually our delivery time is 10 days.
• After loading container, We will send the final loading container invoice to our customers to clear the balance, as soon as the balance was cleared, we will send all the original documents such as phytosanitary certificate, FormA certificate, commercial invoice, packing lists, B/L etc to our clients by DHL, and we will send the DHL airway bill NO. for our clients to track the documents online.
